FULL ALBUM AVAILABLE AS PURCHASED DOWNLOAD

In a point of singularity, where drum machines, pianos, synthesisers, microphones and laptops are compressed and condensed into a sole, universal tone of infinite mass, there hide SQUIRRELS.

One part English, one part Japanese, SQUIRRELS is the carelessly conceived brainchild of Richard Anderson (UK) and Suki Yoshimura (JP), who first met in Tokyo in 2010 after two years of virtual friendship and have been sharing files, ideas and gossip since that day.

Their first two offerings, 8MIXTAPE8 and 3MIXTAPE3, compile selected excerpts from their growing catalogue of incomplete fragments of dysfunctional hip hop, random composition and aggressive electronica, and represent Suki's debut releases. Richard has appeared on record many times before in numerous guises and under multiple names.

Richard and Suki are currently contemplating a debut album, and have no plans to meet again in person in the foreseeable future.
